Mission Statement
Siena Prayer Center is a ministry of the Sisters of the Holy Cross (C.S.C.) of Saint Catherine by the Sea Convent. Our mission is to provide a serene and peaceful environment conducive to deepening one’s prayer life and awareness of the presence of God. The center is rooted in scriptural values of the vision and spirit of Blessed Basil Anthony Mary Moreau, founder of the Sisters of the Holy Cross. As women religious we are called to serve and be “signs of hope for ourselves and the world.”
