The Sisters of the Holy Cross (SOHC) make every effort to honor a donor’s stated preference. However, to comply with IRS regulations and to best serve our global mission of witnessing God's transforming love for the world, SOHC retains the right to vary the use of the donated funds in the event SOHC determines that the preferred use has become unlawful, impracticable, unreasonably burdensome, or inconsistent with SOHC’s charitable mission.
