Living
the mission
by Sister Daisy Kabuleeta
One part of my ministry at the Holy Cross Family Centre is working with
many poor people who are infected with HIV/AIDS. These clients have a
support group that gathers monthly at our center. They share their
experiences with one another and receive education from the members of our
staff. It is my responsibility to interact with them, giving them hope for
tomorrow and encouraging them to live positively and to trust in God.
Looking back at the end of the day, I feel challenged by the whole
situation of their lives. I have done all I can. God must do the rest.
Sister Daisy resides in Kyarusozi in Uganda, East Africa.
