Demonstrating Father Moreau’s willingness to serve the needs of the church
throughout the world, the flags were planted amid the floral displays at the entrance
to St. Augustine’s, Father Moreau’s parish church. The bell originally hung in the
Church of Notre-Dame de Sainte-Croix in Le Mans.
