          Sister Dolores Jean Bray received funding to assist with case management services including medical, dental and hearing needs of older, low-income adults who are living in their own homes.

Holy Cross Center for Women
Fresno, California
          Sister Francis Christine Alvarez received funding to provide education classes and programs to help poor and minority women and children improve their lives and face the daily challenges they encounter.

RIPPLE (Religious in Partnership Providing Language Education)
Los Angeles, California
          Sister Judith Anne Prindiville received funding to help provide a stipend for volunteer teachers and to purchase the supplies needed to teach English and self-confidence to sisters and priests who come from their native countries to minister in parishes in Los Angeles.

          Sister Maryanne O'Neill received funding to help provide services to marginalized, immigrant persons of limited or no financial security, including food and occasional monetary help.
