the lives of real people. The Murray family’s life paints a vivid
picture of the challenges facing families trying to live at or near the
minimum wage level. The suggested action involves support for the Hunger
Relief Act which is currently moving through the U.S. Congress. (15

are still hungry. What is the difference between you and someone who is
hungry? Listen to the experts who study hunger and to those who live with
it. In their own words, they explore the scope, effects, and causes of
hunger, and illustrate some working solutions.
The flexible format of this video (several self-contained six- to
eight-minute segments) makes it easily adaptable by a study group in one
or more sessions. (45 minutes)
