"Street Fight"  DVD

"Street Fight" captures a bare-knuckle campaign battle in the streets and housing projects of Newark, New Jersey.  On one side, incumbent James's old-school political machine works to crush anyone who dares question his campaign. On the other, up-and-coming Booker faces vicious smear campaigns. Is it possible to stay clean in a street fight? It's a wild ride to see who wins and a great insight into how democracy, power, and race play out in urban American politics. (2005/ 82 minutes/ Iron Weed Film Club)

 “Unprecedented:  The 2000 Presidential Election”

This is a documentary about 2000 election irregularities in Florida and the undermining of America’s democratic system.  The examination of the election of George W. Bush is a disturbing picture of an election marred by suspicious irregularities, electoral injustices, and sinister voter purges in a state governed by the winning candidate's brother.  A “must-see” film for American voters.  (52 minutes)
