The Holy Cross family is composed of four collaborative, yet independent congregations; in addition to the Sisters of the Holy Cross, they are the:

• Congregation of Holy Cross, an international congregation of brothers and priests headquartered in Rome;
• Marianites of Holy Cross, an international congregation of women religious based in Louisiana and Le Mans, France; and
• Sisters of Holy Cross, an international Canadian-based congregation.

The Holy Cross International Justice Office animates and unites the social justice work of the four Holy Cross congregations.

The Holy Cross History Association promotes the historical study of religious communities which trace their origins to Blessed Basil Anthony Moreau, collects and preserves historical manuscripts, and prints and publishes papers, books and writings that relate to the Congregations of Holy Cross.
