Sisters in the News

Eleven Sisters of the Holy Cross will celebrate their jubilee years in Holy Cross on Sunday, July 22, 2012, in the Church of Our Lady of Loretto at Saint Mary’s. These sisters collectively represent 475 years of vowed life in the congregation.

Sister Maureen was honored as the recipient of the Spirit of Ignatius Award by the Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing of Loyola University Chicago. The award is given to a graduate who best characterizes curas personalis or “care of the person.”
